Day 44 - Almost ready for the slaters

The soft wood facings are about complete round the pyramid roof now, and things are about ready for the slaters (as long as the rain doesn't come to anything !). Continuing with fitting the ply board under the roof overhang (soffits ?), so that's starting take shape nicely.
A couple of the rafters have also been removed at the South facing upstairs window in order to fit the steel frame needed to support the roof (which gives us a wider window up there). The steel work has been done by the local smithy in Drumoak, so we're pretty pleased about that.
