Day 47 - Slaters arrived on site

Slaters & joiners on site today, so a hive of activity despite the windy & sometimes rainy conditions. Additional wooden batons have been fitted to the pyramid & garage roofs to allow the tiles to be fitted properly over the membrane layer. Hopefully get started to the tiling tomorrow (though they have yet to arrive on site).
As well as the batons, the joiners were busy installing facings & soffits to the North garage roof, which is now looking decent. In addition the roof line from the existing house back door along the South side of the extension has been completed (so now the roofs are connected properly there). The joists have also been trimmed ready to accept the facings.
