Weather held up quite well today & allowed things to progress on the new front entrance. Further beams installed into the existing roof space, and the start of the outside wall has commenced. This is going to block some of the natural light to Katy's bedroom, but don't think it will be too bad. Will have a better idea when the wall is more formed.
As well as the roof work, the lads progressed with installing the external wall batons ready for the cladding. Now the front of the extension is mostly done. Not sure yet when the cladding starts to go up, and whether the windows need to go in first...
